Sephora Junior Digital Media Manager

- Support the Manager in shaping and executing media strategies for Poland and the Czech Republic.
- Manage 360-degree media campaigns, ensuring synergy across online and offline touchpoints.
- Plan all digital media campaigns, excluding performance and influencer campaigns, in collaboration with local e-commerce and social media teams, as well as the Sephora EU media team.
- Coordinate co-advertising media campaigns with brand partners, ensuring alignment with Sephora EU and managing related budgets.
- Collaborate with the local creative team to develop creative assets for managed campaigns.
- Co-own the relationship with the media agency alongside the Full Funnel Media Manager.
- Prepare media market and competitive analysis.
- Support the Full Funnel Media Manager in constructing media and communication strategies.
- Act as the reference point for new digital solutions, bringing knowledge and innovations to the team's attention.
- Develop relationships with media suppliers and expand knowledge about current product offerings.
- Ensure financial management processes are executed excellently and timely, including preparing and issuing purchase orders.
- Review the impact and efficiency of executed media campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience executing 360 media campaigns within the retail or beauty industry, or on the agency side.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Fluency in English and Polish; knowledge of Czech or French is advantageous.
- Understanding or experience in the cosmetic or luxury market is preferred.
- Superb analytical skills with an understanding of complex data.
- Broad knowledge of the media landscape in Poland and Europe, with in-depth knowledge of digital media.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a partnership focus.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to flag issues or concerns appropriately.
Minimum of 3 years executing 360 media campaigns within the retail or beauty industry, or on the agency side.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related fields.
