- Plan, execute, and optimize online media campaigns to drive performance and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and manage full funnel media campaigns across various digital channels, including paid social, video, display, and offline media.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform campaign strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to financial targets.
- Test and evaluate new media channels and platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns with internal, central, and brand partners.
- Cooperate with creative agencies and working students/interns to create impactful campaigns.
- Develop reporting and knowledge sharing internally and with central teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in online marketing on the media agency side or client/brand.
- Basic knowledge of the German media landscape and offline media buying.
- Fluent in English and preferably German.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data assessment and optimization.
- Ability to structure tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to share ideas and seek better solutions.
- High energy and excellent teamwork capabilities.
