1. Plan and execute events to enhance customer and brand community engagement.
2. Manage event budgets and collaborate with suppliers.
3. Coordinate event activities with internal teams such as Marketing, PR, and HR.
4. Develop communication strategies and event promotion plans.
5. Monitor event effectiveness and prepare reports with recommendations.
6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
7. Prepare presentations and create event materials.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in event organization, either in-house or agency.
2. Familiarity with the event market and suppliers.
3. Creativity and knowledge of industry trends.
4. Proficiency in budget management and negotiation.
5. Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
6. Knowledge of social media and basic marketing principles.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
8. English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

1. Project management tools (e.g., Asana).
2. Basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
3. Data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

At least 4 years of experience in event organization, preferably within a brand or agency setting.
