- Plan and execute events to enhance customer and brand community engagement.
- Manage event budgets and collaborate with suppliers.
- Coordinate event activities with internal teams such as Marketing, PR, and HR.
- Develop communication strategies and event promotion plans.
- Monitor event effectiveness and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Prepare presentations and create event materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in event organization, either in-house or agency.
- Familiarity with the event market and suppliers.
- Creativity and knowledge of industry trends.
- Proficiency in budget management and negotiation.
- Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media and basic marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
At least 4 years of experience in event organization, preferably within a brand or agency setting.
