- Support day-to-day business operations in Controlling.
- Serve as a key partner to the Controlling Manager, controlling team, and internal departments, collaborating closely with the European Headquarters.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports to aid strategic decision-making.
- Create data visualizations in the form of reports and dashboards for management-level stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights that enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in the planning and monitoring of the annual budget, preparing detailed budget reports.
- Coordinate comprehensively with areas involved in the closing process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and sales reports, as well as ad hoc reports.
- Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling.
- Proven experience in controlling and reporting, ideally within the retail sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SAP and an understanding of data flows and closing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Power BI.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling and reporting, preferably in the retail industry.
Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling.
