1. Explore the capabilities of GenAI models like Gemini for warehouse and distribution automation.
2. Identify and prioritize manual tasks within the warehouse and distribution center suitable for automation.
3. Develop and prototype GenAI-powered solutions to automate tasks related to picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
4. Focus on solutions that can improve the productivity and efficiency of distribution center workers.
5. Automate the generation of reports related to warehouse operations, including key performance indicators.
6. Analyze warehouse and distribution data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
7. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations, IT, and data science, to implement and optimize automation solutions.
9. Document all development processes, solutions, and findings.
10. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
11. Create pseudo algorithms and code using technologies such as RPA (Software Bots).
12. Utilize databases such as Oracle, Postgres, and MySQL.
13. Assist with projects using a hands-on approach.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Graduating in 2026 or 2027.
3. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
4. Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions.

1. Knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL programming, database concepts.
2. Proficiency in programming languages such as JAVA, PYTHON, C++, or C.
3. Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and models, particularly large language models like Gemini.
4. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word.
9. Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
10. Ability to document requirements with keen attention to detail.
11. Ability to speak in front of teams that include both business and IT partners.
12. Self-driven with the ability to interact with teams.

No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with programming, data analysis, and GenAI models is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
