1. Comprehensive maintenance and support of POS systems and Windows operating systems, along with telecommunication infrastructure.
2. Prompt resolution of technical issues both in-office and on-site, including collaboration with external partners.
3. Implementation of new solutions and modernization of existing systems.
4. Installation and configuration of computer hardware.
5. Documentation of technical procedures, instructions, and fieldwork protocols.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector or supporting a retail network.
2. Proven experience in a helpdesk environment.
3. Extensive knowledge of IT products, including hardware and software applications.
4. Proficiency in English at a business and technical level.
