1. Ensure seamless operation of retail software and systems across UK locations.
2. Lead troubleshooting efforts with a solutions-focused approach.
3. Deploy and support retail solutions for store openings and system upgrades.
4. Mentor the IT Service Desk team on retail systems and procedures.
5. Act as a key escalation point for system issues at stores and Head Office.
6. Create and maintain knowledge base articles for issue resolution.
7. Deliver training to Business Analysts on store system functionality.
8. Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors for equipment procurement and issue resolution.
9. Communicate professionally with customers, partners, and internal teams.
10. Lead hyper care support following store openings to ensure smooth operations.
11. Support Head Office systems while prioritizing retail systems.
12. Travel to store locations for deployments, installations, and upgrades.
13. Test new functionalities and features in the store lab to ensure quality.
14. Maintain and update store systems, ensuring full operational status.
15. Apply technical expertise in network patching, PXE image deployment, and POS installations.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Experience working with retail systems for at least two years.
3. Technical certifications or training related to retail systems.
