- Oversee and support retail-specific IT applications, including checkout systems and electronic payment platforms.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of digital in-store solutions such as clienteling apps and electronic shelf labels.
- Define and execute IT strategies to enhance the customer journey in both in-store and e-commerce environments.
- Lead IT delivery for e-commerce projects, ensuring seamless integration between online platforms and store operations.
- Oversee mobile application rollouts, focusing on functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features like click-and-collect and mobile checkout.
- Manage testing, piloting, and deployment phases for mobile and online platforms.
- Act as a liaison between Central IT and local operations to support store IT applications.
- Build strong relationships with regional head offices and local store teams to address IT needs.
- Benchmark, select, and oversee IT service providers and suppliers.
- Lead IT projects such as store openings and new e-commerce platform launches.
- Oversee local IT infrastructure and ensure alignment with corporate security standards.
- Manage IT budgets and resources efficiently.
- Partner with Retail and Digital teams to create training programs for IT tools.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation for new platforms.
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail IT, e-commerce platforms, and mobile app delivery.
- Proven expertise in e-commerce development and mobile app launches.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Analytical and structured thinking with the ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel for cross-border operations.
5+ years of experience in retail IT, e-commerce platforms, and mobile app delivery.
Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
