1. Organize and monitor Merchandising IT projects, including governance, deliverables, and action plans.
2. Participate in all project phases and committees.
3. Contribute to the design of solutions and define technical and functional specifications.
4. Follow up on developments and integration of solutions within Sephora's IT architecture.
5. Prepare and execute functional and technical tests.
6. Assist in the deployment of solutions and ensure project documentation is complete.
7. Support business teams in continuous improvement of IT solutions.
8. Participate in workshops to identify business needs and priorities.
9. Assist business teams during User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
10. Prepare and participate in user training sessions.
11. Ensure a high level of support to various teams.
12. Manage service providers and suppliers involved in projects.

1. Final year student in Engineering or Business School, or on a gap year.

1. Meticulous with strong analytical abilities.
2. Proficient in project management and communication.
3. Curious about information technologies and architectures.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
5. Dynamic, responsive, and a team player.

No prior experience required, suitable for students in their final year or on a gap year.

Final year student in Engineering or Business School, or on a gap year.
