1. Organize and monitor IT Merchandising projects, including governance, deliverables, and action plans.
2. Participate in all project phases and committees.
3. Contribute to the design of solutions and definition of technical and functional specifications.
4. Monitor the development and integration of solutions within Sephora's IT architecture.
5. Prepare and execute functional and technical tests.
6. Participate in the deployment of solutions and ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
7. Support business teams in continuous improvement of IT merchandising solutions through workshops and training.
8. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers involved in projects.

1. Final-year student in engineering or business school, or university, or on a gap year.
