1. Identify key challenges and issues within the Supply Chain & Operations teams to implement technological solutions.
2. Propose and recommend process improvements and technical solutions.
3. Contribute to the IT roadmap development.
4. Define and formalize new requirements with Key Users.
5. Ensure successful project execution, including functional specifications, planning, launch strategy, budgeting, and monitoring of evolutions/bugs.
6. Define and recommend technical solutions aligned with business needs.
7. Collaborate closely with Sephora's TECH teams.
8. Challenge and enhance existing solutions.
9. Proactively manage project communication and reporting to management, addressing risks and proposing solutions.
10. Prepare and lead Project Committees and Steering Committees.
11. Document projects, tools, processes, and the technological ecosystem.
12. Advocate for best practices and innovative solutions.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Business or Engineering School.
2. 7 to 10 years of professional experience as a Consultant and/or Project Manager.

1. Proficiency in SAP.
2. Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Operations challenges.
3. Ability to delve into application functionalities for successful tool implementation.
4. Capability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent communication, pedagogical skills, and service orientation.
6. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit.
7. Fluency in English is required.
8. Knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in consulting or project management roles is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Business or Engineering School.
