Sephora IT Manager

- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of retail IT systems, including POS solutions and in-store digital tools.
- Manage IT support for stores and headquarters, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.
- Supervise local IT service providers and monitor SLAs and performance KPIs.
- Lead or support the deployment of IT projects, including store openings and digital tool rollouts.
- Coordinate system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Oversee application and infrastructure maintenance for stores and offices.
- Manage local IT budgets and supervise local IT vendors and hardware suppliers.
- Lead and mentor local IT staff to ensure high performance.
- Build effective communication bridges between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management within retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of store technology, payment systems, and fiscal environments.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management within retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries.
Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
