Sephora IT Manager

1. Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of retail IT systems, including POS solutions and in-store digital tools.
2. Manage IT support for stores and headquarters, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.
3. Supervise local IT service providers and monitor SLAs and performance KPIs.
4. Lead or support the deployment of IT projects, including store openings and digital tool rollouts.
5. Coordinate system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
6. Oversee application and infrastructure maintenance for stores and offices.
7. Manage local IT budgets and supervise local IT vendors and hardware suppliers.
8. Lead and mentor local IT staff to ensure high performance.
9. Build effective communication bridges between business stakeholders and IT teams.

1. Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management within retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries.
3. Fluent in English.

3. Solid knowledge of store technology, payment systems, and fiscal environments.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management within retail, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries.
