1. Define and maintain a standardized hardware reference model for stores, including cash registers, mobile terminals, and interactive screens.
2. Ensure compatibility and interoperability of new equipment with the existing IT ecosystem.
3. Draft and update technical documents and deployment standards.
4. Test and validate IT hardware before deployment in stores.
5. Coordinate and monitor hardware deployment projects across the EME region.
6. Ensure the implementation and support of peripherals and IT equipment in stores.
7. Support local teams during new store openings and act as the IT point of contact for hardware-related issues.
8. Oversee IT outsourcing contracts related to hardware management, monitoring SLAs and ensuring service quality.
9. Implement continuous improvement processes with service providers.

1. Strong knowledge of IT Retail environments and in-store hardware equipment.
2. Experience in IT project management, particularly in hardware deployment.
3. Understanding of network infrastructure and related protocols (Wi-Fi, VLAN, VPN, etc.).

1. Ability to write technical documentation and procedures.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, collaborating with IT and business teams.
3. Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in project follow-up.
5. Effective stress and priority management in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in IT project management, particularly in hardware deployment, is required.
