Sephora IT Enterprise Agentic AI Intern

- Explore the capabilities of GenAI models like Gemini for supply chain process automation.
- Identify and prioritize manual tasks within Finance/Supply Chain suitable for automation.
- Develop and prototype GenAI-powered solutions for tasks related to picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Automate the generation of reports related to Finance and Supply Chain, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze Finance/Supply Chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Data Science, to implement and optimize automation solutions.
- Document all development processes, solutions, and findings.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Create pseudo algorithms and code using the latest technology such as RPA (Software Bots).
- Assist with projects using a hands-on approach.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL & PL/SQL programming, database concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JAVA, PYTHON, C++, or C.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and models, particularly large language models (LLMs) like Gemini.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word.
- Ability to document requirements with keen attention to detail.
- Self-driven with the ability to interact with teams.
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with programming languages and data analysis tools is essential.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour. The actual pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
Interns will benefit from hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the chance to work on impactful projects. The internship is a prerequisite for consideration for the LEAP program, which offers rotational training across three business units.
