Sephora IT Domain Manager - Merchandising

- Manage and organize the support and maintenance of merchandising applications for Sephora's digital transformation in an omnichannel context.
- Lead and facilitate the Merchandising Support domain, managing a team of over 15 external consultants.
- Participate in and monitor the support budget, managing priorities in coordination with the IS domain team.
- Lead external resources and suppliers, ensuring operational management and adherence to defined KPIs.
- Plan corrective maintenance operations with service providers and ensure service quality for all applications.
- Serve as the IT point of contact for the offer and marketing department, managing communication for high-priority incidents.
- Organize on-call duties as requested by the business.
- Ensure compliance with security policy rules and manage committees with the business.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a consulting company or IT department within the retail sector as an IT domain manager.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Support Management related to product offer solutions.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management software (PLM/PIM/MDM) and performance of assortments and merchandising.
- Mastery of project management and IT development standards and methods.
- Functional knowledge of SAP MM module is advantageous.
- Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
- Resilience, agility, and a customer-oriented mindset.
5-8 years in a consulting company or IT department in the retail sector as an IT domain manager, with at least 5 years in IT Support Management.
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
