1. Manage and organize the support and maintenance of merchandising applications for Sephora's digital transformation in an omnichannel context.
2. Lead and facilitate the Merchandising Support domain, managing a team of over 15 external consultants.
3. Participate in and monitor the support budget, managing priorities in coordination with the IS domain team.
4. Lead external resources and suppliers, ensuring operational management and adherence to defined KPIs.
5. Plan corrective maintenance operations with service providers and ensure service quality for all applications.
6. Serve as the IT point of contact for the offer and marketing department, managing communication for high-priority incidents.
7. Organize on-call duties as requested by the business.
8. Ensure compliance with security policy rules and manage committees with the business.

1. Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in a consulting company or IT department within the retail sector as an IT domain manager.
3. At least 5 years of experience in IT Support Management related to product offer solutions.

1. Knowledge of product lifecycle management software (PLM/PIM/MDM) and performance of assortments and merchandising.
2. Mastery of project management and IT development standards and methods.
3. Functional knowledge of SAP MM module is advantageous.
4. Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
6. Resilience, agility, and a customer-oriented mindset.

5-8 years in a consulting company or IT department in the retail sector as an IT domain manager, with at least 5 years in IT Support Management.

Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
