1. Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to understand and contribute to the Sephora Media Network (SMN) program.
2. Conduct research and benchmarking of SMN offerings against competitors, focusing on placements and technology stack.
3. Create summary reports highlighting best practices, unique features, and gaps in SMN’s offerings.
4. Present recommendations for new features or enhancements based on research findings.
5. Assist with day-to-day product management operations to support ongoing projects.

1. Graduating in 2026 or 2027 with an undergraduate or graduate degree.
2. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
3. Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for full-time hybrid positions.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Familiarity with digital advertising, ad tech platforms, and programmatic advertising.
3. Familiarity with market research techniques.
4. Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
5. Preferred experience with Jira/Confluence, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.

No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with digital advertising and market research techniques is preferred.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, graduating in 2026 or 2027.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour. The actual pay offered depends on various factors, including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
