1. Manage product category portfolio, ensuring stock policy adherence throughout the product lifecycle.
2. Implement allocation and phasing plans in case of partial delivery, collaborating with Marketing and Business teams.
3. Provide visibility on potential category risks and analyze root causes of stockouts to implement action plans.
4. Develop short to medium-term allocation plans in partnership with Business teams to align with brand strategy.
5. Manage end-of-life stock flow and collaborate with Supply teams for end-to-end visibility.
6. Maintain strong relationships with customers and Supply Chain teams, defining optimal stock risk sharing processes.
7. Act as a key user for process and project improvements, updating KPIs and participating in system enhancement projects.

1. Bac +5 equivalent from a business or engineering school.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, including Inventory Planning and Procurement.
3. Operational proficiency in English.
4. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
5. Understanding of customer needs and sensitivity to the cosmetics sector.

1. Proficiency in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker).
2. Knowledge of ERP and APS/forecasting tools.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Creativity, versatility, and responsiveness.

A minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain, specifically in Inventory Planning and Procurement.

Bac +5 equivalent from a business or engineering school.
