- Manage product category portfolio, ensuring stock policy adherence throughout the product lifecycle.
- Implement allocation and phasing plans in case of partial delivery, collaborating with Marketing and Business teams.
- Provide visibility on potential category risks and analyze root causes of stockouts to implement action plans.
- Develop short to medium-term allocation plans in partnership with Business teams to align with brand strategy.
- Manage end-of-life stock flow and collaborate with Supply teams for end-to-end visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and Supply Chain teams, defining optimal stock risk sharing processes.
- Act as a key user for process and project improvements, updating KPIs and participating in system enhancement projects.
- Bac +5 equivalent from a business or engineering school.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, including Inventory Planning and Procurement.
- Operational proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of customer needs and sensitivity to the cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, Looker).
- Knowledge of ERP and APS/forecasting tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creativity, versatility, and responsiveness.
A minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain, specifically in Inventory Planning and Procurement.
Bac +5 equivalent from a business or engineering school.
