1. Oversee daily operations within the Distribution Center, focusing on planning and supervising associates to meet productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping goals.
2. Spend approximately 75% of time on the operational floor to engage, coach, and provide feedback to associates.
3. Supervise a team of skilled employees, including Workflow Coordinators and Associates, and manage relationships with temporary staffing agencies.
4. Administer policies and provide consistent counseling on performance and behavioral issues.
5. Develop and support engagement strategies by coaching employees and providing timely feedback.
6. Set and communicate clear productivity expectations for team members.
7. Conduct annual performance evaluations for each associate.
8. Identify and prioritize tasks to meet daily business goals and ensure smooth shift transitions.
9. Promote a safe work environment by implementing safety strategies and ensuring accountability.
10. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and service.
11. Assign work, meet completion dates, and ensure consistent application of organizational policies.
12. Resolve complex problems and present solutions to senior leadership.
13. Foster collaboration and accountability to achieve team goals.
14. Build trust with business partners by explaining business processes and decision-making approaches.

1. College degree in logistics or related field, or three to five years of relevant work experience.
2. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably JDA.
3. Working knowledge of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Three to five years of relevant work experience in inventory management or logistics, with supervisory responsibilities.

College degree in logistics or related field.

The annual base salary range is $73,100.00 - $81,700.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
