Inventory Control Specialist

Sephora is a leading beauty retailer offering a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. The company operates a distribution center in Olive Branch, Mississippi, providing efficient logistics and inventory management to support its retail operations.

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Follow established company standard operating procedures to ensure integrity of assigned work and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership team.
5. Comply with Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
6. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.
6. Effective communication skills with associates and vendors.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities and be flexible to change.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
