Sephora Inventory Control Specialist

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, and auditing.
2. Manage paperwork and generate departmental reports.
3. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Ensure compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
6. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
6. Excellent communication skills with associates and vendors.
7. Strong customer service skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
9. Ability to prepare professional-level correspondence.
10. Proactive and team-oriented demeanor.

Beginner-level experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $21.50 - $22.00/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
