Sephora Inventory Control Specialist

1. Perform various operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Ensure adherence to established company standard operating procedures to maintain the integrity of assigned work and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Comply with all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations to ensure safe working practices.
6. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora and adhere to flexible work schedules, including overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications, or ability to learn such systems.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Flexibility to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities.
9. Ability to prepare professional-level correspondence.
10. Proactive approach to business needs.
11. Teamwork skills and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $21.50 - $22.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
