Sephora Inventory Control Shift Coordinator

1. Coordinate and supervise departmental associates to ensure adherence to productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards.
2. Assign and prioritize work tasks to achieve operational goals.
3. Monitor and evaluate work performance, providing constructive feedback.
4. Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory.
5. Facilitate effective communication across shifts and departments.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
7. Maintain exemplary attendance and flexibility in work schedules, including overtime as needed.
8. Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control or a related field.
2. College degree or equivalent work experience.

1. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar applications.
2. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained in various functions.
6. Ability to provide and receive feedback professionally.

Minimum of 3 years in inventory control or related field, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

College degree or equivalent work experience.

Starting base pay is $24.70 - $25.00 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
