1. Oversee daily operations of the inventory control department within the distribution center.
2. Ensure operational efficiency and productivity on the production floor.
3. Supervise exempt and non-exempt staff, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
4. Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for departmental success.
5. Promote team collaboration and accountability to meet performance objectives.
6. Facilitate effective communication across various organizational levels.
7. Manage resource allocation to meet service levels and budgetary constraints.
8. Conduct regular quality and accuracy control audits.
9. Prepare and present management, productivity, and financial analysis reports.
10. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.

1. Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Five to ten years of relevant experience in inventory control or distribution management.
3. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably JDA.

1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
5. Problem-solving and initiative-taking capabilities.
6. Ability to motivate and inspire large teams.

Five to ten years of experience in inventory control or distribution management, with a proven track record in leading large teams and managing complex operations.

Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.

The annual base salary range is $96,000.00 - $107,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses based on performance and other factors.
