Inventory Control Equipment Operator

Sephora is a leading beauty retailer offering a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. The company operates distribution centers to support its retail operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and product distribution.

1. Operate various types of motorized and manual material handling equipment.
2. Attain required certification for safe equipment operation and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment and manually as needed.
4. Meet safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Operate RF terminals to support inventory control procedures.
6. Follow safety rules and report violations.
7. Comply with Loss Prevention policies.
8. Maintain regular attendance and flexible work schedule.
9. Respond to direction from leadership team.
10. Provide high-quality customer service.
11. Cross-train in other job classifications.
12. Assist Maintenance with projects requiring equipment support.

1. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
3. Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures.

Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25 - $19.55/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
