Inventory Control Equipment Operator

Sephora is a leading beauty retailer offering a wide range of products and services. The company operates a distribution center in Olive Branch, Mississippi, supporting its extensive network of stores and online operations.

1. Operate various types of motorized and manual material handling equipment.
2. Attain required certification for safe operation of equipment.
3. Process orders using equipment and perform other tasks as directed.
4. Meet safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Operate RF terminals for inventory control.
6. Follow safety rules and report violations.
7. Comply with loss prevention policies.
8. Maintain regular attendance and flexible work schedule.
9. Provide high-quality customer service.
10. Cross-train in other job classifications.
11. Assist maintenance with equipment support.

1. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
2. Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.

Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25 - $19.55/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
