1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures, including OSHA regulations.
3. Process orders efficiently, both with and without equipment, as business needs dictate.
4. Utilize RF terminals to support inventory control procedures.
5. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as required.
6. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
7. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles and assist maintenance projects as needed.

1. Certification in safe operation of material handling equipment.
2. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
3. Ability to obtain necessary DOT certifications.

Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.55 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
