1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Attain required certification for safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment and manually as needed.
4. Meet established safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Operate RF terminals to support inventory control procedures.
6. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations.
7. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
8. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
9. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
10. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles.
11. Assist Maintenance with projects requiring equipment support.

1. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
3. Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures.

5. Ability to obtain necessary DOT certifications.

Beginner level experience in operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25 - $19.55 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
