1. Operate various types of motorized and manual material handling equipment, including powered industrial trucks, walkie riders, and hand jacks.
2. Ensure safe operation of equipment by obtaining necessary certifications and adhering to safety protocols.
3. Process orders efficiently, both with and without equipment, to meet production and service level standards.
4. Utilize RF terminals to support inventory control procedures and company operating systems.
5. Comply with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and report any safety violations.
6. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
7. Provide exceptional internal and external customer service in line with company standards.
8. Cross-train in other job classifications to support operational needs.
9. Assist maintenance projects requiring motorized equipment support.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Ability to obtain necessary DOT certifications.
3. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.55 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
