Inventory Control Coordinator

Sephora is a leading beauty retailer offering a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. The company operates a distribution center in Olive Branch, Mississippi, where it focuses on efficient and accurate inventory management.

1. Work closely with departmental associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and security standards are met.
2. Assign work tasks to others and monitor progress against established standards.
3. Operate and maintain various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Balance inventory and manage communication flow between shifts.
5. Use in-house computer systems to track and monitor work activities.
6. Prioritize and assign work tasks to achieve work goals.
7. Communicate daily work goals and coordinate against defined action plans.
8. Monitor associates’ work performance and provide feedback for improvement.
9. Train associates according to the 'Preferred Methods and Procedures' manual.
10. Follow safety rules and report violations.
11. Comply with Loss Prevention policies.
12. Maintain excellent attendance and set an example for others.
13. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. College degree or relevant work experience.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Effective problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar applications is preferred.

College degree or relevant work experience.

Starting base pay is $20.00 - $21.40/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
