1. Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts.
2. Research missing products for orders and handle damaged products as per company/vendor agreements.
3. Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure adherence to quality standards.
5. Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
8. Maintain area cleanliness and organization as per company SOPs.
9. Adhere to all safety rules and report violations to supervisory personnel.
10. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
11. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including shifts and overtime.
12. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software or menu-driven applications.
2. Knowledge of warehouse layout or ability to learn it.
3. Ability to operate RF terminals for product tracking.
4. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
5. Multi-tasking ability.
6. Effective problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently.
8. Detail-oriented.
9. Understanding of other business functions related to the position.
10. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
