1. Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts, and research missing products for orders.
2. Handle damaged products in accordance with company and vendor agreements.
3. Respond to inquiries from colleagues regarding product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Execute slotting and cubiscan activities for retail operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
8. Maintain area cleanliness per established company standard operating procedures.
9. Adhere to all company, state, and OSHA safety regulations, including proper work attire.
10. Report safety violations to supervisory or management personnel.
11. Comply with all company loss prevention policies and procedures.
12. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
13. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software or menu-driven applications
2. Ability to operate RF terminals
3. Basic math skills
4. Effective problem-solving abilities
5. Detail-oriented
6. Ability to work independently
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor

Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Starting base pay is $18.00-$19.25 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
