1. Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts.
2. Research and resolve issues related to missing products for orders.
3. Handle damaged products in accordance with company and vendor agreements.
4. Respond to inquiries from colleagues regarding product location and status.
5. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure compliance with quality standards.
6. Execute slotting and cubiscan activities for retail operations.
7. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
8. Inventory and track samples for online orders.
9. Maintain area cleanliness and organization per company SOPs.
10. Adhere to all safety rules and report safety violations.
11. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
12. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule.
13. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar applications.
2. Knowledge of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly.
3. Proficiency in operating RF terminals for product tracking.
4. Basic math skills with the ability to match numbers accurately.
5. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
6. Capability to work independently with attention to detail.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25 per hour. Certain work schedules may qualify for shift differential pay.
