Inventory Control Associate

Sephora is a leading beauty retailer offering a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. The company operates a distribution center in Olive Branch, Mississippi, supporting its retail and online operations.

1. Perform inventory control activities such as overflow/cycle counts and researching missing products.
2. Handle damaged products according to company/vendor agreements.
3. Respond to co-worker inquiries about product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality standards.
5. Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
8. Perform area maintenance according to company procedures.
9. Follow safety rules and report violations.
10. Comply with Loss Prevention policies.
11. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule.
12. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications.
2. Knowledge of warehouse layout or ability to learn it.
3. Ability to operate RF terminals.
4. Basic math skills.
5. Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively.
6. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Previous experience working in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.

The work environment includes moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse settings. The role requires physical activity such as standing, sitting, squatting, lifting, and walking for the duration of the shift.
