1. Perform inventory control activities such as overflow and cycle counts.
2. Research and resolve issues with missing products for orders.
3. Handle damaged products in accordance with company and vendor agreements.
4. Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
5. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure compliance with quality standards.
6. Execute slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
7. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
8. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
9. Maintain area cleanliness and organization per company standard operating procedures.
10. Adhere to all safety rules and report any violations to supervisory personnel.
11. Comply with Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
12. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
13. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications.
2. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly.
3. Proficiency in operating RF terminals for product tracking.
4. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers accurately.
5. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
6. Capacity to work independently and with attention to detail.
7. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
