Inventory Control Associate

Sephora is a leading beauty retailer offering a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. The company operates a distribution center in Olive Branch, Mississippi, supporting its retail and online operations.

1. Perform inventory control activities including overflow/cycle counts and research missing products for orders.
2. Handle damaged products according to company/vendor agreements.
3. Respond to co-worker inquiries regarding product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality standards.
5. Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
8. Maintain area according to established company procedures.
9. Follow all safety rules and report safety violations.
10. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
11. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule.
12. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications.
2. Knowledge of warehouse layout or ability to learn.
3. Ability to operate RF terminals.
4. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
5. Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively.
6. Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.

The working environment includes moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse settings. The role requires standing, sitting, squatting, lifting, and walking for the duration of the shift, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
