Inventory Control Associate

Sephora is a leading beauty retailer offering a wide range of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. The company operates a distribution center in Olive Branch, Mississippi, supporting its extensive retail and online operations.

1. Perform inventory control activities including overflow/cycle counts and research missing products for orders.
2. Handle damaged products per company/vendor agreements.
3. Respond to co-worker inquiries about product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality standards.
5. Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
8. Maintain area per established company standard operating procedures.
9. Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations.
10. Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
11. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
12. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience working in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Ability to multi-task.
5. Effective problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently.
7. Detail-oriented.
8. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Previous experience working in a distribution/warehouse environment preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.00 - $19.25/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
