1. Execute inventory control activities, including overflow and cycle counts, and research missing products for orders.
2. Handle damaged products in accordance with company and vendor agreements.
3. Respond to inquiries from colleagues regarding product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for retail operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for online orders.
8. Maintain area cleanliness in line with company standard operating procedures.
9. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to management.
10. Comply with company loss prevention policies and procedures.
11. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
12. Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

1. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications.
2. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly.
3. Proficiency in operating RF terminals for product tracking.
4. Basic math skills with the ability to match numbers accurately.
5. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
6. Capability to work independently and with attention to detail.
7. Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Beginner level experience in distribution or warehouse settings is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.75 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
