Sephora Inventory Control Associate

1. Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts.
2. Research missing products for orders and handle damaged products according to company/vendor agreements.
3. Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality standards.
5. Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for retail operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for online orders.
8. Maintain area according to established company standard operating procedures.
9. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations.
10. Comply with company loss prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
11. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
12. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications.
2. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn quickly.
3. Ability to operate RF terminals.
4. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
5. Effective problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and multitask.
7. Detail-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $17.50-$18.75 per hour. Certain schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
