Sephora Inventory Control Associate

1. Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts, research missing products for orders, and handle damaged products per company/vendor agreements.
2. Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
3. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure compliance with quality standards.
4. Execute slotting and cubiscan activities for Retail Operations.
5. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
6. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
7. Maintain area according to established company standard operating procedures.
8. Adhere to all Company, state, and OSHA safety rules, policies, and regulations.
9. Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
10. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
11. Maintain a flexible work schedule, including working designated shifts and overtime as needed.
12. Proactively respond to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
13. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service in accordance with company standards.

1. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or experience with menu-driven applications.
2. Understanding of warehouse layout or ability to learn layout.
3. Proficiency in operating RF terminals for product tracking.
4. Basic math skills with the ability to match numbers.
5. Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
6. Capacity to work independently and with attention to detail.
7. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $17.50- $18.75 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
