1. Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts.
2. Research and resolve issues with missing products for orders.
3. Handle damaged products in accordance with company and vendor agreements.
4. Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
5. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure adherence to quality standards.
6. Execute slotting and cubiscan activities for retail operations.
7. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
8. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
9. Maintain area according to established company standard operating procedures.
10. Adhere to all safety rules and report violations to supervisory personnel.
11. Comply with company loss prevention policies and procedures.
12. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule.
13. Proactively respond to direction from leadership team.
14. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for product tracking.
3. Basic math skills with ability to match numbers.
4. Effective multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
6. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $17.50- $18.75 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
