Sephora Inventory Control Associate

1. Perform inventory control activities including overflow and cycle counts, and research missing products for orders.
2. Handle damaged products in accordance with company and vendor agreements.
3. Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for retail operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for Dotcom orders.
8. Maintain area per established company standard operating procedures.
9. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations.
10. Comply with all loss prevention policies and procedures.
11. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule.
12. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with WMS software or menu-driven applications.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals for product tracking.
3. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
4. Effective problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and multitask.
6. Detail-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Beginner level experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $17.50- $18.75/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
