Sephora Inventory Control Associate

1. Perform inventory control activities, including overflow and cycle counts.
2. Research missing products for orders and handle damaged products per company/vendor agreements.
3. Respond to inquiries from co-workers regarding product location and status.
4. Conduct audits on packed orders to ensure quality standards are met.
5. Perform slotting and cubiscan activities for retail operations.
6. Assemble special promotional packages and gift bags.
7. Inventory and track samples for online orders.
8. Maintain area cleanliness per established company procedures.
9. Follow all safety rules and report violations to supervisory personnel.
10. Comply with company loss prevention policies.
11. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule.
12. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
2. Ability to operate RF terminals.
3. Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
4. Effective problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently and multi-task.
6. Detail-oriented with a positive demeanor.

Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $20.10 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
