Sephora Inventory Assistant

1. Conduct daily inventory counts of merchandise, testers, and supplies according to demand, adhering to counting methodologies, frequency, item volume, and current scheduling.
2. Collaborate with the leadership team to prioritize inventory counts, considering necessity, time, and item volume.
3. Complete inventory reports highlighting execution findings and present them to direct leadership.
4. Proactively propose operational mechanisms to control and combat merchandise, tester, and supply losses.
5. Maintain FEFO stock organization.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with inventories, product counting, and stock organization.

Experience in roles such as Stockist, Inventory Assistant, or Inventory Clerk, with exposure to the beauty segment, supermarkets, or drugstores.
