1. Conduct daily inventory counts of merchandise, testers, and supplies in accordance with established methodologies, frequency, and volume requirements.
2. Collaborate with the leadership team to prioritize inventory execution based on necessity, time, and item volume.
3. Complete and present inventory count reports, highlighting execution details and specific scenarios to direct leadership.
4. Proactively propose operational mechanisms to control and prevent merchandise, tester, and supply losses.
5. Classify and store merchandise, testers, and supplies according to Operations and Loss Prevention guidelines, adapting to unit-specific needs.
6. Ensure accuracy in daily counts, considering the entire store geography, including stage and stock areas.
7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
8. Ensure the store is fully stocked.

1. High school diploma or equivalent

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
2. Experience in inventory management is advantageous

Beginner-level experience is acceptable, with prior stock management experience considered a plus.
