1. Participate in various departmental projects, gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Ecommerce, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Product Management.
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve commercial outcomes.
3. Assist in organizing and managing time, projects, and processes efficiently in a dynamic environment.
4. Collaborate effectively within teams while also working independently on assigned tasks.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
2. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.
