1. Collaborate with the regional Internal Control Director and cross-department business partners to implement asset protection programs.
2. Supervise an Internal Control Analyst in Saudi Arabia.
3. Work with the central IA&IC team in Dubai to execute the IA&IC roadmap for the region.
4. Ensure compliance with LVMH and Sephora Internal Control requirements.
5. Conduct store audits in accordance with EME guidelines and the local Sephora Middle East store audit calendar.
6. Monitor suspicious transactions at points of sale using an in-house fraud tool.
7. Review and conduct controls in line with the Closing Checklist.
8. Perform monthly store audits across Saudi Arabia and follow up on action plans.
9. Continuously monitor front and back-office processes and controls.
10. Investigate abnormal shrinkage ratios and material shortages.
11. Conduct fraud investigations and root cause analysis for breaches.
12. Communicate monthly store audit and fraud dashboards to the KSA organization.
13. Develop and implement an Internal Control strategy to raise awareness in KSA.
14. Conduct regular training programs to enhance Internal Control awareness.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Fluent in English and Arabic
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry in Internal Control or Loss Prevention

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
2. Strong problem-solving and sound judgment skills
3. Ability to work independently
4. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency with computer technology and MS Office

Minimum 5 years of experience within the retail industry in Internal Control or Loss Prevention areas.
