Sephora Internal Controller

- Contribute to enhancing Sephora Middle East operations through a systematic and disciplined audit approach.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies set by Sephora and LVMH Group.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of control systems, including annual LVMH Internal Control self-assessment (ERICA) and store audits.
- Provide recommendations for improving controls and risk mitigation.
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control principles.
- Monitor and track remediation efforts and action plans to address audit findings and control weaknesses.
- Conduct investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, or irregularities and recommend appropriate actions.
- Design, review, and monitor internal control systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in ad-hoc Internal Audit, Internal Control, and Fraud assignments.
- Assist in other tasks as required by the Internal Control function.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or audit firms.
- Advanced University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in auditing and accounting.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP system.
Minimum 5 years in a relevant field such as retail or audit firms.
Advanced University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
