- Develop and implement an optimized operational communication strategy via the Sephora INSIDE platform.
- Enhance communication processes to ensure clarity and applicability for store teams.
- Coordinate and oversee the operational vision of communications from support services.
- Draft procedures and usage guides for both headquarters and store teams, ensuring adherence to graphic and editorial standards.
- Manage the timing and frequency of content updates.
- Train contributors in effective platform management and adherence to publication schedules.
- Support network users to ensure effective platform utilization in stores.
- Create training tools for headquarters and store teams on platform use.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize user needs and expectations regarding communication tools.
- Establish a process for tracking project progress and prioritizing developments.
- Deploy and communicate changes to contributors and users to ensure effective implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in communication or project coordination, preferably in retail.
- Excellent collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and various hierarchical levels.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools.
- Autonomy and reactivity in decision-making while adhering to strategic objectives.
