1. Organize internal events and key moments at Sephora World Headquarters, collaborating with partner brands and internal stakeholders, managing calendars, logistics, vendor relations, and creating content for internal communications and invitations.
2. Support the organization of corporate communication events for the Europe and Middle East region, such as the Annual Party and quarterly Connect events, handling logistics, participant management, and coordination with partners and vendors.
3. Participate in the execution of internal communication campaigns, including drafting materials, video production, and creating visual and written content.
4. Manage the library of internal visual materials.

1. Master's level student in communication, business, or equivalent university program.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
3. Strong project management skills and highly organized.
4. Proactive, with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.

1. Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
2. Fluent proficiency in English.
3. Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills.
4. Creative content creation abilities.

No specific prior experience required, but relevant academic background in communication or business is essential.

Master's level student in communication, business, or equivalent.
