Sephora Internal Communication and Employer Brand Assistant

- Contribute to the development of the internal editorial calendar, proposing topics aligned with DE&I initiatives and business priorities.
- Draft and format multimedia content for various platforms including email, intranet, screens, videos, and print.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of internal campaigns and cross-regional projects across EMEA.
- Engage with the regional communication network across 21 countries.
- Support internal events and cross-departmental projects.
- Gather recruitment needs from HR and propose action plans to enhance employer branding.
- Participate in employer brand campaigns during key recruitment periods.
- Create and format multimedia content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Propose and implement innovative content formats.
- Native French speaker with B2/C1 level English proficiency.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or enrolled in a translation school.
- Exceptional writing skills with a flair for creativity.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Familiarity with Office 365; knowledge of Staffbase and LumApps is advantageous.
- Curiosity and eagerness to engage with various teams within Sephora.
No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in communication and employer branding is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication or related field.
