Sephora Intern - Launch Coordination and Category Management Assistant

1. Support the Launch Coordinator in managing and tracking new haircare product launches.
2. Assist Category Managers in handling assortments of exclusive haircare brands.
3. Coordinate marketing activation plans across various teams and ensure their successful implementation in different countries.
4. Organize and oversee various category projects including store animations, merchandising initiatives, and training services.
5. Aid in the preparation of European meetings and seasonal events such as Mother's Day and Christmas.
6. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support the Coordinator and Category Managers.
7. Assist the Leader Samples with sampling projects.

1. Currently pursuing or completed a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School or University with a specialization in Marketing/Commerce.

1. Proactive and versatile with strong interpersonal skills.
2. Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
3. Passionate about the cosmetics industry and knowledgeable about beauty trends.

Ideally, candidates should be at the end of their studies with at least 6 months of experience in the cosmetics or retail industry.

Master's degree in Marketing or Commerce.
