- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on monthly launch plans and commercial campaigns.
- Assist the Category Manager in providing e-commerce assets for new launches and maintaining online pages to ensure optimal assortment.
- Create and monitor product listings, ensuring products are accurately categorized and updated.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new beauty trends, brands, and programs for category optimization and growth.
- Perform monthly category analysis and report on growth and trends.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- Strong academic record.
- Demonstrated interest in the beauty industry and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting briefs and presenting ideas.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain project documentation.
- Basic analytical skills with an understanding of data analysis and marketing metrics.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with diverse individuals.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Beginner level experience suitable for current students or recent graduates.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).
